Finally! Our family had our very first roadtrip / travel together outside Pangasinan! Sooo happy!! ^____^ Our first stop was in Vigan City, Ilocos Sur and particularly visited Baluarte.
We left Pangasinan around 6:30AM and arrived in Vigan City after a five-hour drive. We had our lunch first before going to Baluarte which is just a 10-minute drive from the City.
Baluarte is owned by Governor Chavit Singson. It is open to the public and admission is FREE. Visiting hours is from 6:00AM to 6:00PM daily.

If you want to roam around the place, you can ride on these little ponies with little 'calesa' for free, but it is up to you if you want to give a tip to the 'kutsero'.
At first, I thought these birds were just toys. Haha!
You can also take photos together with these parrots.

The Tiger. Taking photos with the tiger is not free. You need to pay P100 / 4 persons (max) and you will get 1 print copy of it.
